Stressed was not the word yesterday when making these cards! There was some confusion over the date they were needed for and it turned out that I had a day to make these. A day seems a long time to most of you excellent card makers but to me it was stressful as I was aware that one card was for the husband to give to his wife! I know how I'd feel if my hubby gave me a cruddy card!! I'm really loving the FF celebration stamp as its so useful for so many occasions! I didnt touch any Pink Petticoat for that card so thats a 1st for a long time!! lol It was PaperMania - Flowery, image was layered on Bazzill - Papaya & I printed a message on the vellum then tore it and secured with brads. Made the flower to match & blinged slightly with a touch of Rhinestone stickles.
The 'Wife' card was Pink Petticoat image and pp. Used QK for the tag & scrolls and used chalk to soften the edges.
TFL!

lovely cards, I know what you mean about getting stressed over cards especially when short on time. I am sure they will be loved though.
Well worth the stress, two beautiful creations.

Hi Keryn
I have just found your blog whilst doing a bit of blog hopping.
I too have only been blogging a few weeks - it is quite a learning curve for me but I am having fun. I hope you are too.
I love your creations - especially the Coral Anniversary card for the hubby to give. It is beautiful and I am sure they will both be very really pleased with it. I bet it will be saved for ever!
I love Pink Petticoat too and have to try not to use too much of it on my blog - otherwise I would just look like the Penny Black and Pink Petticoat appreciation society!! They are my two favourite stash suppliers.
Have fun in blogland and a great Bank Holiday.
Love Jules xx
Lovely card, so elegant, the colours are perfect Keryn. Kim
What gorgeous cards, I'm sure they'll love them. I love the coral anniversary one- stunning!
Your blog's looking fab Keryn - and it's nice to see your photo & finally get to 'meet' you. You look just as bubbly as you talk! Just as I imagined : )
And I'm thinking about bringing the retired Lola's back. I'm bombarded with emails & I can't cope! lol! I think ya'll win!
