C4E Challenge

Hello,

I am entering this card into the C4E challenge this week.  They have a great sketch to use along with a recipe.  Pop on over and have a look at the fab DT cards too, there is some candy up for grabs and they are looking for a GDT also.

I would also like to add this card to the challenge to use polka dots over at Crazy 4 Challenges
