A robin came a calling

Hello,

Here's this fortnights card in the Christmas Card Club and the challenge was set by Kerry; she chose robin, holly and maybe a postbox.  I havent used a Robin as a main focal point before so was quite looking forward to this one, thanks Kerry!

Ive only one postbox and its a scene in itself so wouldnt fit with any Robin image that I had so I settled for this gorgeous little chap.  He is available here over at Teri's Delicious Doodles shop.  Ive made a 6" square card and kept it quite simple with the bp of Pink Petticoats 'Washed Out' in Sand and the first cutting of the Sizzix die 'tis the season' and an old favourite holly leaves by Quickutz.

Id love to enter this card into these challenges:
Saturday Challenge  - xmas is coming
SFCC - Robin
CHCC - Keep it simple - this is as simple as I do!

Hope you have all enjoyed a super weekend!
Thanks for calling by,
Keryn x

PS.  Jodie over at Bugaboo is having a 35% sale til 26th Aug
Our DT Call over at Delicious Doodles ends this Friday
And Pink Petticoat has just released a couple of new paper sets!

Gorgeous card Keryn featuring my fav little bird. I've seen many in the garden over the weekend all at various stages of development...one was still a flecky little baby bird, two were at different stages of orange and the other one was an adult with a stunning red breast :-) We are so lucky here :-)
Hugs,
A x

Hi Keryn!!
I love this card as I love robins. They have a special significance for my family and I, as they remind us of my Grandad we lost. He loves them.
I hope you are well and have a good weekend xxxx
